Chicken Kerhai

 

  • Chicken Kerhai Recipe


  • Ingredients

  • 1 Kg Chicken
  • 1.5 onions (chopped)
  • 1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tomato (minced)
  • 1 table spoon garam masala
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1.5 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika/ red chilli
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • A handful of coriander


  • Preparation:

    1. Step 1: Pour Oil in the frying pan and put chicken after it gets hot. Slow down the stove and Stir chicken until it becomes a bit brown. Now add ginger garlic paste and salt.

    2. Step 2:  After sometime add chopped onions. Then add other spices red chilli, black pepper and garam masala (grounded). 

    3. Step 3: Add minced tomato into chicken and sprinkle green chilli on it. 

    4. Step 4: When the oil becomes separate your chicken kerhai is ready. Sprinkle coriander on the top and serve it in the dish.
