Garam Masala Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon cumin seeds (commonly known as white zeera)
- 1 tablespoon caraway seeds (black zeera)
- 2 whole cloves
- 2 whole black cardamoms large
- 4 whole black cardamoms small
- 2 medium stick cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon black pepper seeds
- 1 teaspoon Mace (Jalwatri)
- 2 Nutmeg (Jayfal)
Preparation:
Step 1: Roast all the spices in a frying pan for 1 minute without oil.
Step 2: Grind them in a grinder finely.
Step 3: Save in an air tight container. Add in the dishes when required.
